RENTAL RATES

Monday-Thursday Rental: 

$950 Full Day (8am-11pm)

$650 Half Day (8am-3pm or 4pm-11pm)

Friday-Sunday Rental:

Friday Rental: $1,250 Full Day (8am-11pm)

Saturday Rental: $1,750 Full Day (8am-11pm)

Sunday Rental: $1,100 Full Day (8am-11pm)

Full Weekend Rental: $3,000 (Friday Noon-Sunday Noon)

*NO HALF DAY RENTALS ON WEEKENDS*

​Holiday Surcharge Rates: Additional $500 for Holiday Rentals

DEPOSITS

$250 Security Deposit required to reserve your date. In the event of a cancellation, you must be within 6 months of the date, or you will forfeit your deposit. $250 Additional deposit if serving alcohol. Set up and break down is included in rental. A refund will be issued once facility is checked and determined clean. See rules for specific cleaning responsibilities of the renter.
